Want to pay less for Christmas dinner and take the hassle out of food shopping? We’ve found a food bundle that serves eight people - for under £15!

ASDA frozen Christmas dinner, serves eight - £14.90

You get five items with this food bundle:

  • Bacon topped 1.5kg turkey breast joint
  • 680g Ready-to-roast parsnips
  • 800g Crispy roast potatoes
  • 750g Shredded mixed cabbage
  • 16 Sage and onion pork stuffing balls

This comes to £14.90 in total, or just £1.86 per person. You might prefer to have more flexibility; in which case you could buy the items individually and make some swaps (if you’re not keen on cabbage or stuffing balls, for example)However, the box is more convenienif you want to spend less time food shopping.

We’d recommend adding on these extras:

If you bought all these extras, it would bring your meal to a still-very-reasonable total of £29.21 for eight people. Remember to also factor in drinks, plus delivery charges (if you’re ordering online)

Delivery

You need to be quick to book a delivery slot before the supermarket cut-off dates, as they’re filling up fast! Asda’s website states that most of their Christmas slots are full between 21 December and 23 December. If you can’t find a slot, they recommend that you check other dates, try click and collect or find your local store (by entering your postcode on their website).
