Survey - Terms and Conditions

  1. Ocean Finance, a trading style of Intelligent Lending Ltd, is the promoter of this survey. Our registered office is: White Collar Factory, 1 Old Street Yard, London, EC1Y 2AS.
  2. By taking part in this survey, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. There is no fee to participate in this survey.
  4. We will protect any information you provide in line with our privacy policy and will only use your details for the purpose of administering this survey and delivering the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
  5. To take part in this survey and receive the £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, you must:
    - Complete the feedback questionnaire in full before the closing date.
    - Provide thoughtful and detailed responses, where applicable (one-word or obviously random answers will not qualify).
  6. The survey is open to selected customers who have been invited to participate by Ocean Finance.
  7. Ocean Finance employees and employees of its associated companies are excluded from participating.
  8. The closing date for submission is 6th September 2026. After this date, no further responses will be accepted.
  9. We cannot accept responsibility for survey responses that are not received due to technical or other issues, and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  10. Each participant is limited to one entry per person.
  11. Participants will receive a £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card to the email address captured through the survey click-through process within 10 working days of the closing date of the survey.
  12. There are no cash or alternative rewards available. The voucher will be subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal.
  13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Ocean Finance, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising as a result of taking up the reward, except where caused by their negligence or that of their employees.
  14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
  15. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  16. If any part of these terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
  17. Ocean Finance reserves the right to change, alter, or withdraw this survey at any time.
