Terms & Conditions

1. By taking part in this offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The offer starts on the 2nd of January 2026 and finishes on the 20th of February 2026 
3. The closing date for submission is the 20th of February 2026. After this date, no further responses will be accepted.  
4. To be eligible for this offer, you must have completed all of the following:
   - Have received a marketing email or SMS from Ocean Finance or Think Money about the “£240 One4All Voucher Campaign”.
   - Apply for a secured loan via the marketing email or SMS during the campaign period stated in point 2.
   - Finalise the secured loan application and receive a loan offer from a lender
   - Sign a secured loan agreement via one of our lenders or third-party partners.
5. As long as you have spoken with an adviser and received the loan offer within the period stated in point 2, you will be eligible for the voucher offer and you can sign the loan agreement and receive the funds after the closing date.
6. Qualified customers will receive £240 (2X £120) worth of One4All digital gift vouchers within 90 days of loan completion.
7. The vouchers can only be issued once per secured loan, regardless of how many applicants are named.
8. If a loan is cancelled, falls through, or is repaid early within the statutory cooling-off period, the voucher will not be issued.
9. Vouchers will be fulfilled and delivered by One4All to the main applicant’s email address. 
10. The promoters will pass necessary customer information (such as name and email address) to One4All for the purpose of issuing the voucher.
11. No cash alternative is available.
12. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or incentives.
13. Ocean Finance and Think Money employees and employees of associated companies are excluded from participating. 
14. The voucher will be subject to One4All’s own terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 
16. If any part of these terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect. 
17. The promoters reserve the right to change, alter, or withdraw this offer at any time.
