Ocean and CredAbility Survey November 2025 - Terms and Conditions

  1. Ocean Finance and CredAbility, are trading styles of Intelligent Lending Ltd which is the promoter and its registered office is: 1 Old Street Yard, London, EC1Y 2AS (thereafter “we”,”us” or “Promoter”). 
  2. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  3. There is no fee to take part in this promotion. 
  4. We’ll protect any information you provide in line with our privacy policy and use those details to deliver this promotion  
  5. To take part in this promotion, you must do the following:
    - Complete and finish the survey
    - Enter your email address so we can contact you if you win the prize draw.
  6. Our employees and employees of our associated companies are excluded from taking part in this promotion. 
  7. The closing date for entry is 26th November 2025. After this date and time, we won’t accept any further submissions. 
  8. We can’t accept responsibility for submissions we don’t receive, regardless of the reason. 
  9. Limited to one entry per person.  
  10. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by computer process on Thursday 27th November and the prize is 1 x £250 Amazon voucher. 
  11. The voucher will be subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions. You’ll need an email address and internet access to receive and spend the voucher. 
  12. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before Friday 28th November. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 
  13. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in line with English law. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 
  14. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, the term(s) in question will be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect. 
  15. We reserve the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time.
