If you are a home owner who is currently paying a mortgage and you need to raise money for almost any purpose then you could do this by taking out a secured personal loan arranged by Ocean Finance.  We can arrange a loan for amounts of between £3,000 and £100,000 over periods of between 3 and 30 years.

We offer fixed and variable interest rates including rates which are fixed for the full term of the loan.

The interest rate you will be charged will depend on your personal circumstances; we have a large range of competitive cheap low rate loans for people, even if you have had mortgage arrears, County Court Judgments (CCJ’s) or if you have a poor credit rating we can usually still help arrange finance for you with our specialised bad credit loan plans.

Ocean's range of personal loans are all secured against property; because of this our lenders are able to help in most circumstances.  You might be surprised at just how low our interest rates are. 

Ocean has some very flexiblable loans to offer, some of our lenders offer additional benefits including deferred payment periods at the start of the loan; this means that you may not have to make any repayments on your loan for the first six months.  Some lenders will also allow you to make overpayments so you can pay off your loan quicker.  You can pay off your loan in full at any time during the term and, for loans of less than £25,000, the maximum amount that you can be charged to do this is just two months interest* plus the outstanding capital balance.
