Robert and Carole Browne
The Brownes came to Ocean Finance after having seen the adverts on television. They had tried various finance companies before, to help them bring together their existing loans, but also to provide them with some money to invest in their home. However, the Brownes always found these other companies' services just too complicated. Ocean Finance provided them with "an excellent service" and they found everything very straightforward and easy to understand.

Taking a second mortgage from Ocean Finance, according to Robert Browne, has "taken a lot of worry off us". The Brownes were able to use the money from the second mortgage to pay off existing debt from credit cards and other loans. The existing rates they were paying on their debt were "far too high" and the one payment from Ocean Finance was at a far lower rate of interest.

The Brownes were not only able to pay off existing loans at the lower rate but also had some money to spend on home improvements including a new kitchen, double glazing throughout the home and a new laminated floor in the front room. "We have really been able to make some improvements to our home," said Robert.

Robert and Carole live in West Sussex, where Robert is employed in making concrete floors and Carol is an accounts clerk. They have one grown up daughter, Natalie. "Ocean Finance really provided an excellent service".
